posticon Printing PDFs on different sized paper?

The articles on this site are either Word files or PDF files formatted for A4 paper. What happens when someone prints them out on US Letter paper, for example. Do the images and text resize?

Just had a thought that this might be causing dilemmas for people trying to print the Dungeon Card PDFs, or anything else for that matter, on US Letter paper.

I did have trouble printing your Merchant character out in Word format... after several attempts at resizing without messing up the formatting (it SHOULD be a simple matter of changing the margins, but the position of the words kept changing as Word tried to "help') I ended up just Copy/Pasting the HTML version of the character instead..

Yeah, I hate Word when it tries to 'help' with formatting etc. The crazy thing is that using the same printer here, I get different formatting when I try to print something out in Draft mode than I do in High Quality mode! I don't know why that is but it is definitely most annoying...

hehe, btw I finally got to play with the new version of the Merchant. There were only two party members so I still allowed him two Bodyguards. everything was fine until a very dramatic Objective Room sequence where the poor guy died. Due to him being a quite popular character, my woman was choking back tears as she refused to leave his body.

Even though the adventure was a 'sad' ending, I was secretly quite pleased. My roomie's a great DM, but I've never seen her cry in D&D. NOW which is the better Roleplaying game? Bam! :bad:
