Evil Warriors vs. Good Monsters?

My buds and I were discussing the possibilities of playing quest using hero-type characters from "evil" armies and have them doing things like sacking a dwarf fortress from the inside out, or rampaging through the dungeons of a city, poisoning the water/planting cursed items. We came up with some really cool ideas, But I'm wondering if anybody else has played like this before, it would require a whole new set of settlement rules and a well tested system for playing the defenders (D6 dwarfs are nothing to be scoffed at when you're a skaven nightrunner, a black orc, a fledgling necromancer and a norse marauder, or maybe they are. anyone have ideas to add to this? you can be sure that if and when we get rules worked out I'll post them here. emoticon

There are a few of these rules floating around... rules for having Dwarfs as enemies were (I think) published in a Citadel thingy, and I'm sure some people have tried it.
Personally, while I never tried an all-evil team against a good side, we did once allow a Scaven, Snitch, to join, with his pet rat, Spawn of Satan. Good times...

Anyway, the rules for dwarfs (or at least, some rules for dwarfs) can be found...

And there are some other handy ideas...

Hope it helps.
Keep us updated!

Edit- Beg your pardon, it seems that the dwarfs appear in the near-mystical Deathblow 1
