posticon TrollSlayer

Hello, Everyone

I was browsing the internet today looking for a pdf version of the Trollslayer cards that I could print up for my gaming group that meets and plays this game every Friday and I came across this site. I saw a link in one of the older posts about TrollSlayer cards and that link is now dead.

I'm in need of there starting cards mainly the stonebread card and the character card to make sure that my player that is using the Trollslayer is using him right. I can't find my cards for the TrollSlayer that I first bought when he was released and in dire need of knowing how much Stonebread he starts with as the player started with 16 wounds and is down to 10 now and we just left a village (after 8 weeks of hazard travel to get to a city only to be stopped by a blizzard).

Any help would be appriciated greatly.

Thank You in Advance.

Re: TrollSlayer

If I remember correctly, the Trollslayer begins with 1D6 pieces of stonebread. Playing by the advanced rules though, he does not get anymore "free" stonebread. He would only have what is left over and what he buys in a settlement.

Of course, the GM may provide more opportunities to gain stonebread if he desires. OR, I suppose those playing without a GM could vote to allow more staonebread opportunites. emoticon

I don't think much else was different between the Trollslayer's cards and what was written toward the end of the RolePlay Book. I would just use the RPB for everything else.

I fear you remember incorrectly. He starts with 3 pieces.

I thought that was just a Webquest thing (?).

Not according to my rulebook emoticon The three bits were the only addition made to the roleplay rules anyway, so buying the Warrior pack only gave you a model and the various equipment cards. I still did it though!

Re: TrollSlayer

Yeah, it was kinda nice to have all the cards and a separate rule book for each special warrior added to the collection. Although, I don't think I personally owned that one.

I also found where someone converted the Trollslayer to AHQ and HQ, giving him 3 pieces of stonebread.

Re: TrollSlayer

The Trollslayer starts with 3 pieces of stonebread, each giving 1D6 wounds back when eaten. Trollslayers are double hard so they can eat stonebread at any time and dont have to take a whole warriors phase to eat it like normal dwarves.

Hope that helps
