WHQ 2nd Ed - The Adventure Book
Alright, first things first. We have to put the Advanced Object Room table in the Adventure book, or a reference to it, or else people will not realise it exists, just like now.
Should we tweek the adventures so that, if the players are beyond a certain point, we recommend a new Objective Room challenge?
There's a great idea in something Bruno gave me (it's on another computer, I don't know who to credit! Sorry!) which involves giving monsters Luck. It would certainly help in Quests like Preserve the Fires where an elf can take out the Skaven engineer like nothing.
Excape table's probably fine, right? I'd move it to the end of the Basic Rules though. After all, the player with the most gold wins, but you have the end the adventure, first.
I think we should add the two Gold calculation formulas to the Event Card creation page (WHFB Points x 10 and the one mentioned in another thread).
Does no one have an opinion about the To Hit Table?

Re: WHQ 2nd Ed - The Adventure Book
Might I interject?
Just thought I'd mention the new oAdventures under Quest Resources:

I pretty much agree with everything else you say. As for To hit, I am afraid I don't really mind.

Hmm... I agree, having a few higher-level quests is a good idea, but we'll have to lable them as such. If anyone can think of any other quests simple enough to include, I think we should.
I also think putting Tower of Hazuk in the roleplay book may be a good idea, but that's an idea for another day :P

I think we must write a rule to generate boss and its minions...
Just an idea...

Re: WHQ 2nd Ed - The Adventure Book
That does sound like an interesting idea, Bruno, though I wouldn't know if we should force it for every gameplay (then again, perhaps we should?). Any ideas floating about that don't involving simply drawing one monster from a higher table? (it never works, I tried it once and kept rolling "12 Goblins". You know, the promoted version of "2D6 Goblins" from the BL1 table. Even 2 levels spat in my face with... what was it? Black Orcs? Bah). We'll need more than just that.

Re: WHQ 2nd Ed - The Adventure Book
Perhaps a form of the character monsters (Gorgut, that blasted shaman, the necromancer) in the Add on packs. They tended to come with bodyguards.
Several for each race, divided along title lines (so four groups of 'toughness'- novice, champion, hero, lord)

Hmm, this is an interesting idea. Who wants to work on it? *room is suddenly empty*

Seriously though... maybe, unless there is any other offer... It'll be a few months.

We can use warrior's rules an NPC. Art made many comments on the warrior's database in that sense. I'll have a look.
I can work on that part because I needed it for my online game.
