Do you know that you can experiment with the GM interface by logging in as GM for name and password? Although admittedly it's no substitute for real gaming.nondisclosed_email@example.com (thecustodian)Sat, 03 Jun 2006 06:45:11 +0000 Re: Appeal for GMshttps://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p558413,from=rss#post558413https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p558413,from=rss#post558413Hey guys, new member. Im Tom, from New Orleans by way of Lafayette, LA atm. If you would like to coach a new gm, please join my game "Rat Catching." Its gonna be just one room, so I can learn. The best way for me is hands on experience, so I hope I dont screw up too badly. I did play hero quest way back in the day, and GMed a lot of White Wolf, AD&D, Shadowrun, Rifts, GURPS, so I just need the technical knowledge so I can hopefully make some cool storylines.nondisclosed_email@example.com (ignign0kt)Sat, 03 Jun 2006 06:36:59 +0000 Re: Appeal for GMshttps://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p558412,from=rss#post558412https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p558412,from=rss#post558412OK, I surrender! I'll run another game! The Crumbling Mine is now available for players. Preferably ones who can check in regularly to help it move smoothly. New players (victims) are very welcome.nondisclosed_email@example.com (grogling)Mon, 16 Jan 2006 03:04:31 +0000 Appeal for GMshttps://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p558411,from=rss#post558411https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p558411,from=rss#post558411Hello Webquest Players! This is an appeal to anyone who's been playing the game a little while to try and GM a game. Webquest will work best if everyone is playing at least three games at once, and with new players all the time, it's hard to make sure that there are enough games going. It would be great if everyone was GMing at least one game, though of course it isn't everyone's cup of tea. Remember though, that eventually you will have to, as being a GM is the best way for releasing extra Warrior slots. Over the past few months I've started several games because there were new players but no games, and I'd like to encourage those people who are now proficient at playing to try GMing a new game. The latest addition to the game is a whole load of new boards, which include Ice board sections, and sections for Lustria which can be applied to many other locations in the Warhammer World. If you need more inspiration, click on the links section from the Webquest Login page. You can get a .pdf version of the original Adventure Book from the Museum if you fancy something classic, or click on the Warhammer Quest Generator to get some story ideas. Perhaps you might like to go to the Chronicles Website and use one of their adventures? Thanks to everyone who is hosting a game, it's essential to the continued working of the Webquest that there are plenty of GMs among the crowd. Thanks! nondisclosed_email@example.com (thecustodian)Fri, 13 Jan 2006 12:33:21 +0000
