Re: Warhammer Quest 'Resurrection'
I don't think you can post any files here. However, if you can host it somewhere else, then you can insert a link here.

There are services which grant free web space. I have used 50megs in the past ( http://www.50megs.com ). Such a free site can be set up with a subdomain (meaning you do not have to register a domain name) for your website and/or file storage.
50megs is so named because they give you 50 megabytes of space for free. It isn't much, but it is good for a few files or more.
For instance, I just set up a site to show you. If you will visit my testing homepage you will see a link there to a WQ Treasures Word document. Try it out. I also added a Frinedly Giant link and a silly Cat picture.
Old Warrior's Sample/Testing free website Homepage
One catch is that you have to set up your webpage with links to your files which you host there. There is file-sharing function they also provide, but I didn't want to take the time to register for that as well.
Another negative is that they also have file size limits. So, it would not let me upload my Friendly Giant pdf file .
I think there might be better ones out there, but this is the free site host that I have some experience with.
I use a much nicer host for my true website, Old Warrior's Stronghold, but I also pay for it.

There is that option too!
However, I think he wants to be able to post them, revise them, post them again and etc... which is much easier if he can load the files himself.
The Museum is a great place to have your final (or semi-final work posted). Don't worry, Bruno hosts the revisions too!

Re: Warhammer Quest 'Resurrection'
first off thanx for offering to put it in the museum bruno, but i'd rather wait until i have a finished product first, as of web hosting, my files would be too big for that, but as you seem to be the most interested in this project (old warrior) i could send what i've done so far in a word doc via e-mail, that is if you want to have a little gander..
just pop your e-mail here and i can send it. Simples!

Re: Warhammer Quest 'Resurrection'
oh one more thing, i LOVE the new treasure ideas and the fact that you can get some stuff that is pretty worthless unless you sell it! definatley going to inspire my treasure cards when i get around to designing those! that is if you dont mind.

Re: Warhammer Quest 'Resurrection'
The new Treasures document is actually someone else's work and is a compilation of other sources. Many official treasures are found there. The major weakness of the New Treasures document (IMO) is that it does NOT give the items' Warrior restrictions (the BDEW's) even though I know some of the sources did include those.
Feel free to use it!
There is another treasures document, which I have been working on revising, The Treasure Tome. It is in its original form on my website (linked to above). I really like it, but many of the common treasures aren't so common after all and for other reasons too I have undertaken this revision task. I am revising the random system used for the treasures in this document as well. For instance, I have changed the Common Armour section to require a 1D6 roll. On 1-5, you roll 1D20 on the less valuable armour items. On 6, you roll 1D6 on the more valuable, heavier armour items subtable (really a sub-sub-table in The Revised Treasure Tome!).
Check out the Card List in the Museum if you haven't already. I think it is a complete listing of all official cards that were created for Warhammer Quest.
EDIT: I hope I am not repeating myself here at all. I forget what I told and wrote when and where sometimes. Must be my age (41), lol.
Anyway, yes, I would be glad to see your work so far or whenever you are ready to send it. I will pm my address to you.

Old Warrior, you'll have to let me know what you think so far, once you have had some time to read through...

Re: Warhammer Quest 'Resurrection'
Okay. I have a lot of WHQ projects at the moment. Plus I am suffering some too-wordy-a-writer-I-am syndrome! Nothing to do with you though.
