Halfling fun!
So I've had a semi regular group playing this game recently and the party is made up of Wizard, Chaos Warrior and Halfling Thief. I've been playing the cute pudgy one and so far (lvl 5) he's really managed to shine!
It might just be lucky rolling but he has ended up with a WS 5, BS 3+, and a base of 7 Attacks! He did start out very slow but man is he killing stuff fast especially with the undead and orc bane swords those poor guys just don't stand half a chance! To add to that he has gained some ridiculous amounts of gold by casing the armor store for burglaries (plate mail!) and gaining random gold from uneventful days in town. He has actually funded or partially funded 3 levels for other characters!
I know way back in the boards is buried a post where people were trying to figure out how he could ever be worth anything so just thought I'd share my favorite pudgy git.
PS - first rat in the first dungeon did bring him to zero wounds lol! hilarious start on him!

Currently we are only 3 strong we aren't going to bother gaining another until we can find a fourth player since we really aren't having any issues with dieing.
Really though this game needs to be outlawed. No game should be fun for 10 hours straight multiple times per month! That's just fun overload....

Our record was two X-mas'es ago... four of us played ~5-6 hours one day, then my wife was out of town for a few days after that, so two of the guys came back over the next day and we ordered pizza and played for another 10 hours. Then the following day just two of us played for close to 14 hours.
Ahhhh the days before children!
