Locations
Does anyone know any more Special Locations that are fun to play with than those detailed in the book?

Re: Locations
I suggest checking the Rules section of the Museum
http://wquest.free.fr/
A long time back I wrote a series of 6 Drinking Establishments which are still there... Many others have published things there too.

Re: Locations
I haven't read through all of it, but "Down In the Sticks" is not bad. I'll have to read the entire thing when i get a chance.
I already see problems with 'Moving On' where the Warrior gets to move to a new Settlement, but the rest of it seems fairly well-written and well thought out.

In the Museum, you should click on the "Rules" link and then select "Special Location" from the "Search by Section" drop down list. Then click "View Results". For me it returned 24 results. Thecustodian's Reputable Drinking Establishments document, which he mentions above, is there.
There are some locations within custom Warrior rule documents. The School of Martial Arts, which I created -- loosely based upon the Pit Figher's Fighting School -- is found inside the Martial Artist's rules (also found in The Museum). The way I wrote the rules for that location allows many Warrior types to visit, though strictly magical Warriors are not allowed. The Wizard's Apprentice (by Thecustodian) IS allowed though.
There is one or two results on the table which call for actually fighting in a contest (combat), but to shorten it up, a random roll could be substituted instead.
There is an Empire Army Camp too, which I host on my site. Here is the direct link:

Check out Bible Notes
It is one of my favorite places on the Internet.
God bless you, everyone!
