The one off my site (The Imperial Vault) or another version? I was going to scrounge a copy of Nocodemus' templates to add Warrior cards to my home-grown Warrior pack.nondisclosed_email@example.com (QuestingKnight)Mon, 10 Oct 2011 18:38:06 +0000 Re: anyone made warrior cards?https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561182,from=rss#post561182https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561182,from=rss#post561182If you want to save a bit of work, I have a full set of cards for the Knight Templar (Warrior Card, Counter, Starting Equipment etc, plus cards for Skills, Equipment etc if you take them through advancement. They are illustrated but currently blank (no text) as I have not got round to doing these yet. They can be opened in Photoshop and the various texts added. If you want them PM me your e-mail address,nondisclosed_email@example.com (marder)Sat, 08 Oct 2011 23:29:39 +0000 Re: anyone made warrior cards?https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561180,from=rss#post561180https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561180,from=rss#post561180Sure, send me your address by PM and I'll get it to you!nondisclosed_email@example.com (NicodemusII)Sat, 08 Oct 2011 10:55:30 +0000 Re: anyone made warrior cards?https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561179,from=rss#post561179https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561179,from=rss#post561179@NicodemusII: Those Warrior cards look awesome - I'd love a copy of the PSD template to have a go at my own. I wrote an Empire Knight Templar Warrior Pack that needs the level of polish that having cards and counters brings. Can I have a copy of the template if I send you my email by PM? @Edquest: If you are looking to have your rebuilt warrior discussed then just post the rules to the forum. Either post the text in sections or as a Word Document or similar. You can get a free application that lets you edit Word docs called Open Office, it's free, its good, and it works! You'll need to put the file on the Web somewhere to post a link to it. I'm happy to put each version of the document on my website if your stuck, I'm sure some of the other members with web accounts would also offer. Google also have a service where if you have a Google account (like a Gmail account) then you can upload Documents to Google Docs and make them public. So you should be able to use one of the suggestions above to make a Word doc, and just post a new thread to say you've created the new Warrior. That way you can keep the Warrior up to date without knowing HTML. When your ready to publish the Warrior in a more finalised state, a Web (HTML) version of the document would be useful, but to be honest you can paste Word docs into WordPress and get the formatting 90% of the way there, so I'd be happy to help you there. Holler if your stuck, and let us know how you get on :-)nondisclosed_email@example.com (QuestingKnight)Fri, 07 Oct 2011 20:06:43 +0000 Re: anyone made warrior cards?https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561178,from=rss#post561178https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561178,from=rss#post561178Some of us have made our own, yes And it raelly does make a huge difference to the feel of the game and definitely helps engage the player! The template I had was speficically for these Chaos Dwarf themed ones, but the colour scheme, etc could easily be tweaked to give an alternate desired effect. It's a Photoshop template in .psd format. Let me know if that's of use! ~Nnondisclosed_email@example.com (NicodemusII)Fri, 07 Oct 2011 05:28:12 +0000 Re: anyone made warrior cards?https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561121,from=rss#post561121https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561121,from=rss#post561121quote:Edquest wrote: to represent new warriors you've invented i mean? introducing new warriors without a card and item card summaries i have found to be a hard sell, i was just wondering if anyone has made one at all and if so is there a stencil somewhere i could use? i'm going to have a go at making some for my own creations but am no net-fu genius! so would likely look a bit rubbish to be honest. also where do i go about submitting new warriors? i could just make a thread and copy/paste my warrior priest "fix" (more of an entire rebuild) Mystified Michael I think did some of this type of work -- the Warrior cards. I believe he had a template of some sort. He pops in here (the forum) once in a while I think. Word document or html are both nice. If you can get your Warrior creations/modifications into some format that has things at least separated into sections would be better than nothing. I am willing to help some if you wish. I can take your info and put it into the format I use for html Warriors rules. Do you have an html editor? If so, you could just copy a Warrior's rules page from my site (or take the code and paste it into an html editor). Most of those pages are based upon The Museum's format. This way, you could actually put all the information exactly how you want it to appear.nondisclosed_email@example.com (OldWarrior)Mon, 26 Sep 2011 02:03:39 +0000 anyone made warrior cards?https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561111,from=rss#post561111https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561111,from=rss#post561111to represent new warriors you've invented i mean? introducing new warriors without a card and item card summaries i have found to be a hard sell, i was just wondering if anyone has made one at all and if so is there a stencil somewhere i could use? i'm going to have a go at making some for my own creations but am no net-fu genius! so would likely look a bit rubbish to be honest. also where do i go about submitting new warriors? i could just make a thread and copy/paste my warrior priest "fix" (more of an entire rebuild)nondisclosed_email@example.com (Edquest)Mon, 26 Sep 2011 01:09:02 +0000
