Re: Reroll a reroll

Let me correct my statement that we don't use the 'Luck Pool' as Ehstevey. Upon reading it again and Warrior Monk's comment, i realize that he meant using OTHER players' Luck Points. We don't do that. We just re-roll other players' ROLLS as is listed in the RPB.

We don't use 'Luck Pools', just though of it out of the blue as an interesting way to take on Luck, may add it to the project pool for variant rules if you want to play a GM-oriented heavy RP game.

Re: Reroll a reroll

"I'll admit that we have fudged the dice in the past, when we've gotten in too deep over our heads. We have actually decided at times to go back a couple of dice rolls and reroll the original dice (such as when you roll a 66 on the Monster Table, then rolling another 66, and then rolling ANOTHER 66! We have opted to reroll the ORIGINAL roll of 66 instead from the original level.) "

we've done this, the last thing a level 3 party needs is a level 8 enemy in the objective room, which is what happened!

I've always played rerolling a re-roll.
I've also seen people use luck for something spurious (reward is 2d6x50 gold for completing adventure, comes up double [sign in to see URL] gets used) just for the character to die later due to no luck available for a re-roll (noble has the unexpected event table that includes a duel to the death which caused this to happen)

most of my posts may run into essay length. I find that for a lot of queries/feedback context is important and that is why this happens more often than not.

have a great day :D
