Frenzy n+

I wrote corrections in my RPB from the
official errata. It's been awhile since I did
so I'm not sure of it. I wrote that Monster
 special ability Frenzy lasts
for 1 turn instead of the rest of the combat.
Is this correct or am I confusing it with
the Dwarf Trollslayer's Frenzy skill?

Re: Frenzy n+

I really think they did intend that a successful Frenzy roll would put the monster into a frenzied state (2x normal Attacks) for the rest of the combat. I have often thought about the number of normal Attacks that the monsters which have the Frenzy special rule normally get. I have concluded that it does not seem to be out of balance compared to all the other things the Warriors can encounter (like Dragon breath, Assassinate, Weeping Blades, Chill and various instant death results from spells and events!).

I just play the game.
Is that really so strange?
Is that really so wrong??

I play with persons, sometimes and then rarely, who just have to be the replacement game developer.
They are worse than rules lawyers in my several decades of wargaming experience.
Their "But should it not be ..."s among other 'catch phrases' drive me nuts!!

I am really trying.
"Big Guy", PM if I did not.

rest of the combat.
player skills are often different to monster skills even if named the same.
poor decision not to give a different name really, but there you go.

most of my posts may run into essay length. I find that for a lot of queries/feedback context is important and that is why this happens more often than not.

have a great day :D

Thanx for the replies! Maybe I did confuse it
with the Frenzy skill at one time.

And, oh btw, Warrior [sign in to see URL] out, dude emoticon You'll give yourself high blood pressure!
As noted, I was consulting the official errata when I wrote in my book. Must have
confused my Frenzy's...
