There seems to be some sort of XP sharing for monster kills where more than one Warrior damages the same monster(s). I found this out by having one of my Warriors assist in damaging other monsters, while only actually killing one during the Adventure. They ended up getting more XP than the single kill should have gotten them. Also, images of the monsters they wounded but did not kill showed up during the XP tally. This was an interesting discovery! I am guessing that the amount of wounds caused is used to divide the XP by a percent calculation, though that will take more extensive testing. If I am right about the sharing of XP,... Well, I think I was wrong about sharing XP. I probably just overlooked the killing of some monsters during the dungeon.nondisclosed_email@example.com (OldWarrior)Sun, 27 Oct 2013 12:27:12 +0000 How is Experience Calculated?https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561799,from=rss#post561799https://bwarhammerquest.runboard.com/p561799,from=rss#post561799These are my findings so far on this question. They are subject to more testing. 1. Most of the time, it seems that 20XP is rewarded for each 1 piece of gold that a monster drops. Or, perhaps they calculated it in reverse, the gold drops are based upon the XP given for each monster. For example, a Goblin drops 4 gold when it dies and a Warrior gets 80 XP at the end of the Adventure for killing a Goblin. I just tested this on a Rat Ogre. I had my Dwarf kill it all by himself and then do no damage to any other monsters for the entire Adventure. The Rat Ogre dropped 50 gold and the Dwarf received exactly 1000 XP for the kill at the end of the Adventure. 2. If I am right about the sharing of XP, then the Grey Wizard should not feel badly about hitting multiple tougher monsters with Shadow Bolt even when it does not kill them.nondisclosed_email@example.com (OldWarrior)Mon, 24 Jun 2013 07:19:26 +0000
